Our second event at York Crescent turned out to be one of the most unexpectedly successful and joy-filled days we’ve had on the road so far. The venue itself always offers that small and intimate feel, but don’t let the size fool you- it was incredibly busy from the very moment the doors opened. The event began with a literal rush of people eager to grab the free goodie bags, and almost instantly someone sat down at my table. I didn’t even have time to take a sip of water before my first reading began. I love that energy- when people walk in already knowing they want guidance, already tuned in, already open. From that very first client, the momentum didn’t stop. My table stayed full, my queue stayed steady, and the energy throughout the room was vibrant and engaged.
This event marked a huge milestone for us - the official launch of the Emma of Earth shop. We’ve flirted with the idea of merchandise for a long time, but usually focused our attention on tarot readings and my talk. This time, though, we decided to go for it… and it was absolutely worth the leap. To our amazement, we nearly sold out. People kept telling us they felt like they were getting a bargain, and the enthusiasm around the shop totally validated the time and energy we put into bringing it to life.
