Cancellation Policy
By booking a free discovery call, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Purpose of the Call This is a complimentary discovery call intended to discuss your learning needs and determine whether tutoring is the right fit for you. It is not a full tutoring session. Payment Terms The discovery call is free of charge. Payment will only be required once a tutoring package has been agreed upon between the tutor and the student (and parent/guardian, if applicable). Students Under 16 Students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the call. The parent/guardian will be responsible for approving and paying for any future tutoring sessions. Recording Notice For administrative purposes, the discovery call may be recorded. Recordings are kept confidential and will not be shared publicly. By submitting your booking, you confirm that you understand and accept the above terms.
